NEPAL’S STOLEN CHILDREN
WEDNESDAY 19 OCT

This compelling documentary was made by CNN as part of the organisation’s Freedom Project. The film is presented by actress and activist Demi Moore and sheds light on the shocking trade of human life in South Asia’s sex industry. Moore heads to Nepal to see Anuradha Koirala and her organisation, Maiti Nepal, which has rescued over 12,000 Nepalese women from sex trafficking. Moore speaks with dozens of girls, some as young as eleven, who tell of how they were forced into prostitution and how eventually they escaped to a new life.
